  • Blueprint

    Requirement Review & DFM Blueprint

Share drawings, tolerances, material, surface finish, and regulatory needs. We review manufacturability, critical-to-quality features, and inspection points, then provide a machining plan aligned with medical documentation and traceability requirements.

    • Confirm specs, GD&T, and functional surfaces with a CTQ checklist.
    • Define inspection method, lot control, and required certificates upfront.
  • Setup

    Prototype & Process Setup

We build prototypes or first articles to validate design intent and machining strategy. Tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters are optimized to meet tight tolerances and repeatability for future batches.

    • Provide sample parts for fit/function validation and feedback.
    • Finalize fixtures, routing, and control plan for stable production.
  • Production

    Precision Machining & In-Process Control

Production runs on multi-axis CNC and micro-machining equipment with in-process checks to control key dimensions. We maintain lot separation and traceability across materials, programs, and inspection records.

    • In-process measurement for critical features and tight tolerances.
    • Lot-level tracking of material, operators, and inspection data.
  • Finishing

Deburring, Surface Finish & Final Inspection

Parts receive deburring, polishing, passivation/anodizing (as required), then final inspection with CMM/optical tools. Reports and certifications are prepared to support medical quality expectations.

    • Final inspection report options: CMM report, FAI, or full dimensional.
    • Material certs and process documentation organized per lot.
  • Delivery

    Packaging, Documentation & On-Time Delivery

We pack parts to protect critical surfaces and provide the documents needed for your supply chain. Flexible lead-times support both prototyping and repeat production, with responsive support for engineering changes.

    • Clean packaging and labeling to match handling/traceability needs.
    • Support for ECO changes, reorder planning, and schedule alignment.
